From humble beginnings and the germ of an idea back in 1990, working out of the spare bedroom and a box of 3x5 file cards and no computer (ah, those were the days!) to having our own offices here in the heart of midlands, the last 21 Years have been a hell of a ride!

They say that imitation is the best form of flattery; we have many imitators attempting to do what only we do best. One band of wannabes are claiming to be MIB, Men in Black Unfortunately they don't have our knowledge, skills and experience. Always get references, go back 10 years and speak to people independently to ensure you have the correct MIB.
We never make cold calls, we don't have to! People call us.
If you have received a call from someone claiming to be Men in Black, it will not be us.
MIB don't hold fundraising or charity events.
We have seen many other event companies come and go just as quickly. People in the game to make a 'quick buck' tended to evaporate as the years went on and only the strong survived. Survival of the fittest as Darwin might have said.
While the 'flash in the pan' companies and 'fly by night' operators came and went, we just quietly carried on doing what we do best, providing top quality experiential training and experience events for a slowly growing portfolio of elite clients with whom 'quality' was a touchstone and 'cheap' was not the only criteria for selection of provider.
As well as growing strong in both concepts and experience, over the years we are privileged to have assembled a team of trainers and facilitators of truly awesome ability. Often poorly imitated by others, M.I.B events are unique in both concept and facilitation style. We utilize only THE most up to date delivery methods to ensure that the trainings stay with the attendees long after the course has finished. The learning and fun just go on and on!
